You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 week of us receiving the returned merchandise. But only once Charmingbackdrops has inspected and cleared the merchandise of damage.

IMPORTANT: You must check your order within 15 days of receiving it. If there are errors in printing or construction you must let Charmingbackdrops know within those 15 days so we may address it and issue a return authorization and/or refund. Requests received after 15 days may NOT be eligble for return or refund.

• Production and shipping times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee them but we will try our best.

• CharmingBackdrops has no control over, and is not responsible for, any delays in shipping/delivery. Weather, carrier, and shipping concerns, may all impact your delivery date. Please consider allowing for additional shipping time (at least 3 days) to be sure you receive your order by your desired date.
